Package: zope-cmfuid1.5
Version: 1.5.5-3
Severity: important

After a fresh installation of zope-cmfuid1.5 (which is required to use
CMFEditions btw) the product CMFUid is broken on my instances. The
Import Traceback is as follows:

  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "/usr/lib/zope2.8/lib/python/OFS/Application.py", line 698, in import_product
      product=__import__(pname, global_dict, global_dict, silly)
    File "/var/lib/zope2.8/instance/plone-site/Products/CMFUid/__init__.py", line 18, in ?
      from Products.CMFUid import patches # Add IOpaqueItems interface
  ImportError: cannot import name patches

I tried both a fresh instance created by installing plone-site and a
hand-made fresh instance created using dzhandle as follows:

  dzhandle -z 2.8 make-instance -m all -t tree-linked -r end -u foo:bar --service-port=8001 test

I obtained the same result in the two cases.

TIA,
Cheers.
