Yes, also ArcheTypes migration. Everything went fine.

I've deleted everything in /var/lib/zope2.9/instance/<name>/Products,
downloaded the original tarball vom plone.org and extracted it into
this path.

Now everything is working again, content is both accessible and
viewable thru the ZMI, but isn't displayed in the Plone navigation tree
nor found through site search.

I've just noticed that very old and very new content doesn't make any
problems, only content created within Plone 2.5.0, so maybe not this but
the last upgrade went wrong. I can send you a data export of my portal,
if it's helpful.
