As the former maintainer of zope-zms (I handed it over recently
I would advise to wait some days.  There is a new package in
praparation that should work under zope2.x.
Just forget zope3.  The Zope 3 dependency was introduced by fault
and is totally misleading because the current ZMS does not run
under this completely new Zope system.
