Again encoding problems

I backported it right now and can confirm that there is now the Encoding
property and once you have Closed and Reopened the database connection
strings seem to be fine now - at least at first view, I have to check
in more detail.  Many thanks for this helpful hint.

Well, porting to Zope 3 is no option for the moment.  But the fact that
Zope 2.x shows this trouble is kind of strange - isn't any Python string
supposed to be UTF-8?  So what is the source of the problem in Zope?
