dzhandle: global extensions folder

Hello,

What do you think about adding support for zope extensions handling to
dzhandle? I think it would be great to provide a global extensions folder
at /usr/share/zope/Extensions just like debians zope management already
does for zope products. dzhandle could provide the functions
list-extensions, add-product and remove-product.

What do you think about that? If you've no objections, I will work on a
patch. It should be fairly easy, simply copying the code for product
management with small modifications should do the trick.
