I really don't  care if you disagree  or not. The format  is expected to
change and already changed in the past, that's why it's versioned...

Just to  emphasize as you seem  to just skip  to the part where  you can
complain for nothing at all:

"Format: <VERSIONED_FORMAT_URL>"
...
"Moreover..." => see?

Honestly, if it displays a pedantic lintian warning, I would just ignore
it but as DEP5 states that a  versioned URL must be used... That's why I
made you change that.

Also, I don't understand why  suddenly you're forwarding these emails on
the mailing list, I  guess that again, you have nothing  else to do than
complaining and wasting everyone's time for nothing, get a life...
