QA before uploading zope packages

The requirement it to be Format: and not Format-Specification.
Whatever URL is there, if it links to a valid site, is OK. It does not
matter which URL is better. There is no point in doing the change. I
already made my choice once and defended my position.

But whatever is there now, forget about it.

Open Source happens in public. All our commits were public. The
initial post had to be to mailing list and not me personally. We two
had a counter-productive disagreement. But this is a team upload, we
all do reviews and share responsibility.

Please understand that from my point of view, it is you who is
complaining and wasting my time.

Waiting for fixed packages to be uploaded to Debian...
