Dear Sir, Madam,

Good afternoon.

I am writing to you from Shanghai.

Shanghai
Trading International Ltd. is an Australian owned and managed sourcing company
which is fully registered and been trading successfully for over 6 years in
mainland China. Not only are we a major foreign sourcing/trading company here in
Shanghai, but we also have the ability to distribute here. We source and supply
many different products ranging from printing and packaging to promotional
items, to homeware items, jewellery to out door equipment, airline equipment,
waste disposal bins, hardware and power tools... and the list goes on. The
nature of sourcing is such that when you have a good team, as we do, they will
find the factories in any given field. This may sound like we are spreading
ourselves too thin, but we actually started in agricultural products, and we are
now trading in silicone, plastic, steel, textiles. The lot really. It is a case
of finding a factory that we can work with. That we leave up to our team and we
always add to our clients bottom line and ensure the quality.

However,
the main savings arise when we are supplied with a product from clients of ours,
and also told the previous cost price. We will endeavor to beat it and we will
also match the quality. In this way clients have seen savings of up to 25%
instead of going directly to the factories in China (we have hundreds of
factories that we can work with) and they have no reason to go anywhere else
except us.

The majority of buyers have been coming to China for years and they go to the
Fairs and meet vendors there, or some just go to Hong Kong. This is not the most
cost effective way to source as we have been showing. Over 75% of the
"factories" at the fairs are trading companies who add on large margins, and if
you are sourcing from Hong Kong, you may as well as use a trading company in
your home country. There are huge savings to be found in China and we work until
we find a price that the client is willing to trade at. It is transparent
trading and just getting clients what they want. Numerous references are
available from many of our long-term customers upon request.

In this way
we have grown over the last 6 years to become one of the biggest suppliers of
products for the Pacific Rim. With our International management we are now
looking to expand and become major suppliers to the west and doing that by
working with you as opposed to ourselves.

We very much hope that we can
build on our success and become a trading partner with you. If you are looking
to buy anything in large volume, or sell to China, I would like to hear from
you. We will be able to help you.

Finally, please do let me know if you are coming to Shanghai. We would be
very happy to meet with you .

I look forward to hearing from you and discussing the transparent trading we
thrive on.

Kind
regards
Charles
___________________________
Charles Randall
SHANGHAI
