I just went through the debtags tags list to determine what tags z-sy-h
should have set, and came up with this set:

    devel::prettyprint
    implemented-in::shell
    interface::shell
    role::plugin
    scope::application
    uitoolkit::TODO
    use::TODO
    use::editing
    works-with::software:running
    works-with::software:source

uitoolkit::TODO is because the "toolkit" is what $zle_highlight supports, so
perhaps ANSI escape sequences, but not full-blown ncurses.

use::TODO is because "editing" doesn't quite catch z-sy-h — it's more about
shell input, which is "entering" commands, not "editing" existing script files.

I've gone ahead and submitted those¹, but if there are any suggested additions
or removals...?
