For the moment (there will be English, Italian, Chinese and Spanish, I hope).

Not necessarily, but in practise yes. First `granule' accepted (piece
of documentation about an application) is the `master granule'. And
most authors of documentation are French. Besides, we don't have many
Chinese translators :-).
