I cannot do that.
po4a-gettextize extracts the strings from the document.

po4a-translate extracts the strings from the document, then look for the
translation of these strings in the PO file to generate the translated
document.

If the 2 sets of extracted strings differ, then it is as providing an
outdated PO file.

The options should always be the same for each invocation of po4a.
