There are currently no support in po4a to produce files containing
multiple translations.
I fear it is not just a matter of making a module or tools (like
po4a-translate). The core of po4a (the TransTractor module) was not
designed to support it.
There were some ideas around to support it for some formats (Java
properties, .desktop, debconf templates, etc.), but nothing currently.
Work on this would be welcome.
