There are small differences.  Your python is 2.5.2 while mine is 2.5.4.
Doesn't sound like it should be important, but I can't see anything else
(I guess libjs-jquery or python-scipy shouldn't affect PYTHONPATH this
way).

I bumped up the severity of python-vtk #529961, on the grounds of
"breaks unrelated software" (i.e. breaks mayavi2), and marked it as a
blocker for this bug.
