[Python-apps-team] Bug#595181: pyflakes: doesn't handle whitespace at EOF

pyflakes fails with error on a file which ends with whitespace even if 
it is syntactically valid:

$ python test.py
Hello world!

$ pyflakes test.py
test.py:2: unexpected indent

     ^
