[Python-apps-team] decibel-audio-player

Attempt to adopt the package decibel-audio-player,
the current maintainer suggested i go to irc for help (it's busy),
but I'll try here first :)

I need help for configure svn (last config don't work),
and some instructions for update package on alioth,
