[Python-apps-team] Bug#638331: panflute-applet: applet doesn't work with python-notify 0.1.1-3

This is a single-line fix, per the patch file attached to 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/debian/+source/panflute/+bug/761701

It's possible to fix it without even building a package... the file you 
need to modify is /usr/share/pyshared/panflute/applet/applet.py.
