[Python-apps-team] Bug#745582: beets: Please consider packaging 1.3.4

Dear Maintainer,

I understand that beets is relatively fast-moving but I'm wondering if the
updated version can be packaged. I also notice that upstream is now using git,
would it make sense to move the package to use git-buildpackage as well?
