[Python-apps-team] Bug#846591: pydocstyle: newer version available

Package: pydocstyle
Version: 1.0.0-3
Severity: wishlist

There are newer version available but I want to wait until the reverse
deps like Prospector [1] keep up with the API changes in 1.1.0 [2]. If you
need this please drop me a note, I'll package it for experimental then.
