[Python-modules-team] python-docutils .diff.gz tweaks

Howdy.  For my own personal use, I packaged svn snapshots of
python-docutils.  You can find them at

    http://twb.ath.cx/~twb/debian/pool/python-docutils/

You may find it interesting to examine the stuff I tweaked.  In
particular, I use some sed-fu in debian/rules to change the shebang
line rather than doing it for individual files directly in the
.diff.gz.  I find this easier to maintain.
