[Python-modules-team] Bug#522718: python-qt4: Does not ship PyQt4.pyqtconfig module any more

Martin Pitt mpitt at debian.org

Package: python-qt4
Version: 4.4.2-4
Severity: serious
Justification: renders other packages FTBFS

Hello,

I'm just updating calibre, but it does not build any more:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 50, in <module>
    from pyqtdistutils import PyQtExtension, build_ext, Extension
  File "/home/martin/ubuntu/calibre/build-area/calibre-0.5.5+dfsg/pyqtdistutils.py", line 15, in <module>
    from PyQt4 import pyqtconfig
ImportError: cannot import name pyqtconfig

http://packages.debian.org/file:pyqtconfig.py still says that this was
shipped in python-qt4-dev once, but now I can't find it in either
python-qt4 or python-qt4-dev.

Please bring it back.

Thank you!

Martin
