Fix your buildd. Export DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="parallel=X" rather than call dpkg-
buildpackage -jX (this is not the same!) so all packages which declare support 
for parallel will build with it. Forcing parallel on everything is wrong and 
not in-line with policy.
