[Python-modules-team] Bug#535759: python-qt4: package too monolithic -- should be split up to match dependencies

Seperating the QtDesigner module into an own package
should be possible without much risk of breakage.
The QtDesigner library is rarely used and wastes a lot
of space.

I've checked all rdepends of python-qt4 and python-kde4.
The only package that uses it is python-camelot.

There may be more packages that indirectly depend on
python-qt4. Is there a better way of checking which
packages uses a python module?
