[Python-modules-team] Bug#664059: python-sendfile/python-sendfile-dbg version mismatch

py-sendfile and pysendfile are the same package (upstream name it's
actually pysendfile) and maintainers have knowledge of it.
python-sendfile-dbg  it's outdated. I will upload a new pysendfile
package with updated python-sendfile-dbs later this week.
