Hi dear FTP Masters,

since the release of shiboken and pyside 1.1.1 by the PySide project,
neither of them uses generatorrunner anymore.

generatorrunner was introduced in Debian for the purpose of building
PySide (trough the apiextractor-generatorrunner-shiboken chain): if
PySide doesn't need it anymore, then Debian doesn't either. Furthermore,
libgenrunner-dev has no (in-archive) reverse build dependencies.
