I think the best idea may be to wait for the good folks at
www.tlm-project.org.  Has anybody contacted them?  They should have gotten
copies of the announcement email.

Other than that, I noticed that the Spanish mirror has a torrent subdir, but
I am not sure if they created the torrents, or copied them.

All this is a little bit in flux. We used to create torrents on the UW
machine, but that one is off the net. As a replacement, we switched to
tlm-project.org for torrents which seemed to work ok. 

If one of you bittorrent experts has a better approach, don't hold back :)
Suggestions are always welcome.

Also, quantian.fhcrc.org was a little overwhelmed so the traffic, esp over
http, may be throttled.
