I am not sure I understand what you are after.  Linux versions of the
commercial product Matlab exist. 

Do you want to run them while being booted in Quantian?  You may be able to
mount a drive with Linux Matlab from another computer in the lab, but on the
other hand you may get rejected by the matlab license server.
