No, sorry.  But you could boot the larger-than-cdrom iso from harddisk using
the corresponding cdrom-sized isos of

-- clusterKnoppix if you want kernel 2.4 with openMosix [ as we re-use the
   same 2.4 kernel from clusterKnoppix ]
  
-- Knoppix 4.0.2 if you want kernel 2.6 [ and Knoppix 4.0.2 comes in cdrom
   and dvd versions ]

You could also remaster the Quantian dvd down to iso, but it is impossible to
do without annoying too many people that their favourite tool is now
removed.  Fine for local remastering to support a peticular course or
application, though.
