Hi again,

I could not find the list on your website (it is not
http://dirk.eddelbuettel.com/quantian/quantian_0.7.9.2.quantian.packages.txt,
isn't it?). If you provide me a copy of your list, I can extract the
packages related to biology, and then maintain a list of packages of
interests in which I could provide a few additional informations.

What is your policiy about non-DFSG software? Do you make a special
exemption for the many "free for non-commercial / non-profit academic
use" which are very frequent in the scientific world? This would in
theory exclude the possibility of distributing copies for of the CD /
DVD for a fee. However, one could think about asking for special
permission to the copyright holders, but it makes sense only if it is
done for all packages, not only the biology ones...

Have a nice day,
