Dear Dirk and quantian developpers,

I would like to advertise the work I am doing on the debian wiki, on the
debian-science-biology pages. I am establishing a list of software
related to bioinformatics and systems biology, with their licence and
the status of their packaging (done in debian, available outside
debian, not done, impossible to package). You may want to take a look at
it on http://wiki.debian.org/DebianScienceBiology, under the paragraph
"Summary of existing programs, their licences, and their potential to be
integrated in Debian". The pages are in alphabetical order ; the one in
which I have listed most programs is http://wiki.debian.org/DebianSequenceAnalysis

This is still work in progress, and I intend to contribute to the
gathered informations to the debian-med website periodically. Feel free
to edit the pages or to send me comments.

Best regards,
