/etc/apt/sources.lists in your running Quantian system is it.

Please see different HOWTOs on my Quantian site for various different ways of
booting the iso that do not involve a DVD. Personally, I rarely burn a DVD
but rather boot either via the grub and lilo setups documented in the HOWTOs,
or use VMPlayer to run Quantian alongside my normal installation.
