[Quantian-general] about knoppix bootfrom

The Quantian.iso is put in /dev/sda5,which is ntfs.
I input "knoppix bootfrom=/dev/sda5/Quantian.iso",but Quantian boots from
the cdrom.
I want to use the iso file in my hard drive.
what's the matter?
