That should happen automagically.  Knoppix is pretty good at finding all
existing partitions and devices.  So if your windoze c:/ and d:/ are, say,
/dev/hda1 and /dev/hdb1 on your computer, you should see icons on the desktop.
Just click on the icon, and you're in file browse mode.

Note though that windoze partitions are read-only. You cannot reliably write
to them; supposedly that riddle has been solved in the latest Knoppix but I
haven't tested that yet.
