Sorry for misunderstanding. I did not want to hurt anybody's feeling. 
Just simple:
"I have no time to work on Quantian at this time. There are more 
important things to do" would be enough.
I am also participating in one of the open source "one man project - 
outdated version included in Quantian" as much as I can.
