Steps to reproduce:
1) reportbug -o a reportbug
2) enter description, severity and tags
3) add something with editor and close the editor
4) type "?" and enter
Expected results:
1) reportbug does not mention email since it has been instructed to save the report to a file
Actual results:
1) reportbug says that it will submit the report via email even though
it really saves it to a file:

Submit this report on reportbug (e to edit) [Y|n|a|c|e|i|l|m|p|q|?]? ?
Y - (default) Submit the bug report via email.
n - Don't submit the bug report; instead, save it in a temporary file (exits reportbug).
a - Attach a file.
