Package: reportbug
Version: 3.45
Severity: minor

Steps to reproduce:
1) reportbug -o a reportbug
2) enter description, severity and tags
3) add something with editor and close the editor
4) type "?" and enter

Expected results:
1) reportbug does not mention email since it has been instructed to save the report to a file

Actual results:
1) reportbug says that it will submit the report via email even though
it really saves it to a file:

Report will be saved as a
