[Reportbug-maint] Fwd: reportbug name usage

Hello Gary,
I don't have problems me either about the lib name, what I can only
suggest is to clearly state in the description that "libreportbug" is
in no way related with "reportbug", but it's a lib to enable bug
reporting in apps.
