[Reportbug-maint] Bug#511015: reportbug can't be configured by dpkg after install

Hello,
this problem is not a bug in reportbug, but a misconfiguration on your machine:

here only reportbug is downloaded...

...while here python2.4-minimal is going to be setup; hence python was
not correctly installed before installing reportbug.

And, in fact, 5 other packages are not installed correctly. Please fix
this, removing+reinstalling if needed, then reinstall reportbug.
