[Reportbug-maint] Bug#568761: ui-gtk: fill Subject when replying to a bug

Hello

When I use reportbug to send more information to an existing bug,
the Subject line contains only “Re: ”. I suggest it should be pre-filled
with “Re: <title of first message>”.
