[Reportbug-maint] Bug#571970: reportbug: Please support reporting against $package_$version

Hi,

it'd be very nice if one could just pass $package_$version to reportbug;
especially useful since that's what we get in buildd logs. That together
with a solution to #560230 (maybe through a command line switch) would
really be useful.
