At the moment, reportbug only supports secure mail transfers through smtplib's
STARTTLS:

                if smtptls:
                    conn.starttls()

Some SMTP servers, such as mail.gmx.com:465, use SMTP wrapped in a standard
TLS transport. Please add support for this.
