[Reportbug-maint] Bug#640879: reportbug: doesn't add the submitter to the bug mailing list

reportbug doesn't add the submitter to the bug mailing list (and doesn't even
offer this as an option) and hence I don't really know what is happening with
the bugs I have raised previously. I wouldn't know if people need more info,
etc. (I am not going to know what is happening with thing bug report either)
