[Reportbug-maint] Bug#667036: reportbug package doesn't work

I got this when trying to reportbug about unmet dependencies for
libreoffice-core in current debian sid.

I am using Debian GNU/Linux Sid, I'm updating every day; kernel
3.2.0-2-powerpc64, and libc6 2.13-27.

I cannot ask on #debian on IRC, because they banned me.
