[Reportbug-maint] Bug#661221: wrong claws-mail command in utils.py

Hello,
when the MUA is set to "claws-mail", the launched command is:

    'claws-mail' : Mua('claws-mail --compose-read'),

But the right option is --compose-from-file:

  --compose-from-file file
                         open composition window with data from given file;
                         use - as file name for reading from standard input;
                         content format: headers first (To: required) until an
                         empty line, then mail body until end of file.

Changing just that line in utils.py fixes the issue.
