[Reportbug-maint] Bug#703872: python-reportbug:NameError: global name 'Chrome' is not defined

Dear maintainer,
      Reportbug gives the following whenever I try to use it and this
has started recently :-

$ reportbug --configure

NameError: global name 'Chrome' is not defined

I purged and reinstalled reportbug so that there may be nothing which
would influence it (maybe some configuration file or something.)

I also removed the .reportbugrc which I had hand-crafted sometime
back and had seemed to work :-

I have deliberately turned off smtphost as I don't want to send any
accidental bug-reports and use the webmail to send bug-reports
accordingly.

Looking forward to answers or what I may have done wrong.
