[Reportbug-maint] Bug#777010: reportbug crashes when trying to submit bug report

You are using paranoid mode, which makes reportbug print the message
right before submitting it, and there is where you are seeing the
traceback. Given your particular EDITOR env var, is it possible that
PAGER is also set to something "uncommon"? are you able to replicate
this bug or was just "one off"?
