[Reportbug-maint] Bug#779200: Again terminal hosed

Hello Sandro,

reportbug on an actual jessie system again shows a blank screen and hoses the
terminal with eg:
$ reportbug -N 779200

Applying your "evil fix" fixes this again.

Meanwhile I'm working with ssh from jessie to jessie system, both
with LANG=C.UTF-8

Please tell me if I could help with further debugging.
