Dear Maintainer,

The documentation in doc/README.source seems to be outdated. For example, it
shows

 31 * Internal checking framework
 32
 33   * ``checks/`` contains various scripts that ensure reportbug's
 34     internals are up-to-date with the Debian BTS.
 35
 36 * Internationalisation and localisation
 37
 38   * ``po4a/`` contains configuration and data for localisation of
 39     source files using the ``po4a`` tool.

However, there is no directory named "checks" or "po4a" in the source code.
Could you please update it?
