Dear Maintainer,

While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed
that ipsvd could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch sorts the md5sums files. Once applied,
along with the other reproducible patched pending on ipsvd :),
ipsvd can be built reproducibly in our current experimental framework.
