Before something misunderstands it: I am talking about the raw data of the
uncompressed debug files (with objcopy --decompress-debug-sections). The
objdump -x output looks exactly the same. But the actual content of the
sections seems to be different.

My first guess is that the order of things in the debug file sections is
random. At least it is the case for the debug_str section
