Nope.  Making such list would be the first task.  The only list we have
so far is the list of packages registered on
<URL: https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?email=freedombox-pkg-team%40lists.alioth.debian.org >
but it is manually updated and I doubt it is complete.

The dependencies of freedombox and plinth are the core packages, but
plinth can be asked to install other packages using modules, making it a
bit hard to track down all packages used by Freedombox.
