[Resolvconf-devel] What do we need to do to make the Ubuntu version?

* Don't merge debian-git master -> launchpad-bzr
* Work on Ubuntu version in debian-git ubuntu branch
* Release both versions from debian-git (master and ubuntu branches).
* Ubuntu folk drop the Ubuntu release into launchpad-bzr

It's not very different.

I do think we should try to work independently of people who have been
unable to fix #366967 for almost three years now.
